3 years ago, a genius left this world. I once heard that true intelligence is linked with depression, because an enlightened soul is one that sees the corruption and all that is wrong with the world. But in all that corruption and greed, there is still beauty. Lee saw the pain, the romance, the sublime, and the disgustingness of humanity, which he used to inspire his artwork. He was a modern virtuoso, and a life lost too soon. RIP Lee Alexander McQueen ♥
